It's time to head back to school and kick off our fall schedule!
This form gives you the opportunity to:
- Keep your current lesson time
- Request a new preferred lesson time
- Let us know about any new scheduling conflicts
- Sign back up for lessons if you took a break over the summer
Please Note:
Students who remained enrolled throughout the summer will have first priority when scheduling fall lesson times. While we will do our very best to accommodate your requested preferences, submitting them does not guarantee that we will be able to assign one of those times. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!
Please keep in mind that if you request a day or time change, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to remain with your current teacher.
