In consideration of my participation in the equine event known as Reining Horse Association of the Northwest (RHANW) Summer Slide, I hereby grant to RHANW the right to record, broadcast and otherwise use any and all media, my performance in the event, including my horse's name and likeness.

I understand and am aware of the inherent risks associated with equine activities. I assume all risks associated with my participation in the event and hereby hold harmless the Reining Horse Association of the Northwest and Appleatchee Riders, sponsors and suppliers for the event, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents volunteers, succesors and assigns, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expneses, including reasonable attorney's fees arising from my participation in the event, including without limitation, any personal injuries, illness or damage to my property which I may incur as a result of such participation.
