Thank you for joining us! Please arrive "laced-up and ready to go". We will begin promptly at the listed time. Plan to arrive 15-30 min early to sign-in. Bring water and snacks.
12u, 13u, & 14u Girls Travel Teams Tryout: October 3rd and 4th
$40 Tryout Fee
Saturday & Sunday
5:00pm-6:30PM - 12U
7:00pm-9pm - 13u & 14u
-The $40 fee covers both days (per athlete). This fee in non-refundable.
-The athlete should attend both days.
-Wear comfortable clothing, court shoes and kneepads.
-See the age definition list to determine what division you will compete in.
Liability Waiver
1) I hereby acknowledge and understand that participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks of injury. I am voluntarily participating in activities at Gameday Sports Academy, an indoor multisport facility, and I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
2) I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gameday Sports Academy, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from my participation in activities at the facility. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages caused by the negligence of Gameday Sports Academy or its personnel.
3) I understand that this waiver applies to all activities at Gameday Sports Academy, including but not limited to sports training, open gym, fitness classes, and any other events or programs hosted by the facility.
4) I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily sign it as my own free act and deed. I further agree that this waiver is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
5) I also acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken of me in my participation in, and attendance at this event or club activity, and hereby freely agree to allow without restriction all uses of such photos and videos in the reporting of club activities, special race, and/or in the promotion of such, its location, other sporting events, sport in general, and/or related purposes.
