Goals
Our goal is to develop our young ballplayers both on and off the field. Fundamental aspects of the game will be taught as players lay the proper foundation for their baseball skill set. The team is designed for serious players who want to work hard and improve their overall game.

Roster
Looking for players from: Beverly, Gloucester, Hamilton, Salem, Peabody, Wenham, Essex, Manchester. Limited spots.
Our rosters are structured to ensure each player has the optimal opportunity to develop their overall skill set. We will have a maximum of 12 players on the roster.
Fall League
We will participate in the High School Baseball League (September/October), games are played on Sundays ONLY. One morning game.
Uniform and Gear
All North Shore players will receive a game jersey, a fitted game hat. Players are responsible for footwear (metal cleats and turf shoes) and FULL white game pants.
Code of Conduct for Coaches, Players and Parents
The team expects the best from the coaches, players and parents.
Players must hustle on and off the field and respect the game.
Basic conduct:
1- NO profanity
2- Respect players and parents at all times.
3- Under any circumstance, umpires must be respected.
4- Wear proper attire to all team practices/functions.
5- Coaches will not text or talk on cell phones in the dugout or coaches’ box.
6- Coaches will not belittle players at any time.
7- Coaches and Players must be on time and properly dressed when arriving to the field; hat, shirt, socks, etc. No piercings.
8- Players are responsible for dressing themselves, preparing themselves, and carrying all equipment to and from the field.
9- Parents must stay out of the dugouts and off the field at all times.
10- Parents do not talk to scouts/college coaches. They will come to you.
11- Regarding problems (if parents/players have an issue):
- The player must be the first one to address the issue with the coach.
- After the player has discussed the issues with the coach, and further communication is needed, a parent may approach the coach.
- Parents MUST wait 24 hours after the game to address any concerns with the player and/or coach.
- If the issue is not resolved at this level, parents are required to contact the appropriate age coordinator.
- If the issue is not resolved by the Coach and the Coordinator then it is required that the parent/guardian email specifics to rbadragons@gmail.com and a meeting with all parties will be scheduled.
12- Coaches will not run players or yell at them for physical errors.
13- Parents will not yell at other players or coach any player from the stands.
14- Everyone must represent the organization with class and pride.
Player Tuition
Player FULL tuition for the season is $450.
Acceptance/Payment Schedule
ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and are used to secure a roster spot within the organization for the season.
