2026 WISE Registration Form
Registration is limited, so register early! Girls must be currently enrolled in 6th, 7th or 8th grade. Registration deadline is October 31, 2026, or when space is filled. Conference registration is $15 (non-refundable) per participant, which includes a light breakfast, three hands-on STEM activities/sessions, lunch, t-shirt, and a souvenir bag. Participants must attend the conference to receive a bag and shirt. Once you have completed the entire form below and select the Submit and Proceed to Payment button, you will be directed to complete your payment using PayPal. Once in PayPal, you may check out as a guest (with credit card) or use your PayPal login. Prior to the conference, you will receive an email confirmation of registration with additional details regarding the conference. Parent/Guardian Approval
Each child will get the opportunity to participate in several activities relating to a variety of professional fields. Some activities may include the use of a sharp-edged or cutting instruments, such as scalpels. All activities will be under close supervision. In order for your child to participate in the conference and associated hands-on activities you must check the consent boxes below.
