    Thank you for your interest in Studio J’adore and booking an appointment with me!

    My books are now open which means I am accepting applications for all permanent makeup services such as brows, eyeliner, and lip color, as well as fine line tattoo appointments! I am always accepting new clients! 

    In order for me to give you the best experience and service possible, please take your time to fill out the following form as accurately and in as much detail as possible. Once I have reviewed the form I will contact you in the following 1-2 weeks to schedule an appointment if I feel I would be a good fit for your desired service! I will always reach out to you, even if I am not accepting your service/project at this time. If you do not hear from me within the first 2 weeks, please reach back out to follow up. 

    This booking period is for August 15th- November 30th. If you are wanting to book outside this time frame, please wait for a future opening, or reach out to me directly to discuss the desired appointment time frame.

    • I understand and agree to the pricing listed on the previous page, as well as acknowledging that permanent makeup and tattoos are permanent changes to the body and all the information you provided is accurate to your knowledge.

     

    • Once I reach out to book, there is a $50-$100 deposit required to secure the appointment. Please book through the booking link received. Spots are limited and booking within 24-48 hours from receiving the calendar link is highly recommended. Appointments spots are not be guaranteed.

     

    • I need 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. If it is less than 48 hours notice, the deposit can be forfeited depending on the reason to reschedule. There is no guarantee I will be able to reschedule you till the next booking period, in which you would need to reapply for the service.

     

    • No-showing appointments result in forfeiture of the deposit, the full service amount charged to your card on file, as well as being banned from receiving any more future services from me.
