    Registering your school as an EduMove Member School is now as easy as 1, 2, 3!

    Signing up more than one school? Only the main licence holder should complete this form. One registration covers your whole group and you will receive a single invoice for all your schools — please do not have each school register separately.

     

    1. Complete the online registration form below.


    2. The moment you submit, you'll receive an email with a provisional pro forma invoice based on your quotation.  You will also receive a full copy of everything you submitted, for your records. We check every submission against your school details, so if anything needs adjusting we'll be in touch.

    When making your EFT payment, please use your school's name as the payment reference, exactly as you entered it on this form — this is how we match your payment to your account.  


    3. Once you've made your EFT payment using your school's name as reference, please email proof of payment to hello@join-edumove.com 

    As soon as we've confirmed your payment, you'll receive a follow-up email with an official invoice, a statement reflecting your payment as well as full onboarding information for your administrator and teachers.

Enter the figures exactly as your quotation shows them. Otherwise, if you know the fee and plan for your school, type this fee manually in the form below.  Quotations are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.  We verify every quotation against your school information. After registering your school, you will receive a Pro Forma Invoice, to make payment, whereafter you will receive a formal invoice as well as a statement reflecting your payment.

  • EVERY SCHOOL HOLDS ITS OWN EDUMOVE LICENCE One licence is required per school. Where schools fall under the same ownership, trust or governing body, they will be billed together as one account, with one school acting as the account holder and paying for all schools in the group. Volume pricing then applies across all the licences on that account.

    2–3 schools 15% off,

    4–5 schools 20% off,

    6–8 schools 25% off,

    9–10 schools 30% off,

    11+ schools 35% off.

    Please note: where a group includes a primary school, the biggest primary school (with the most registered children and teachers) acts as the account holder, with preschool phases and additional schools added to that account.
