Kindly read the following before placing an order.
This order form is exclusively for attendees of Sailing Together, Forever: A Fan Gathering for Laguna Carats organized by @lagunacaratsph. All orders submitted through this form are for event pick-up only and will be available for claiming on:
Checkpoint Mall, Calamba, Laguna
August 22–23, 2026
Orders placed through this form will not be shipped prior to the event.
Data Privacy
SVT Scents values your privacy. All personal information collected through this form will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for order processing, payment verification, and event order fulfillment.Your personal information will not be sold or shared with any third party without your consent, unless required to complete your order or as required by law.
Payment
Payment is required upon placing an order. Acceptable payment methods are:

Customers must upload proof of payment upon order submission. Orders without proof of payment will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled.Once payment has been verified, an Order Confirmation will be sent via email.
Order Claiming
To claim items during the event, please present your Order Confirmation containing your Order Code.Please ensure that your order is claimed during the event dates:

If you are unable to claim your order during the event, please coordinate shipping arrangements directly with @lagunacaratsph. To facilitate the shipment of your order, you must provide a copy of your Order Confirmation.
Please note that shipping fees shall be fully shouldered by the customer.
Cancellation and Refund
Orders cancelled before the pre-order cut-off are eligible for a full refund and will not incur any cancellation or processing fees. Once the pre-order period has officially closed, no cancellations will be accepted. Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
SVT Scents reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by the current terms and conditions stated on this page.
