Thank you for signing up to represent your country! Diversity Fest is a very special night for MVA and it begins with you! You will be introduced to others that sign up in your country/region to work together.
LAST DAY TO SIGN UP IS SEPT 26.
Please plan to attend Diversity Fest meetings on Sept 4 and Oct 2 at 8:00 am in the Nest.
MVA will provide each country with:
(2) 8-foot Tables and (2) chairs per booth
Yard sign for Country represented
What you provide:
300 bite size samples
Tablecloth
Decorations/Country Flag
10 x 10 tent
Chafing dishes (if needed) and heaters
Serving Utensils
Food signage (food allergies)
General Notes:
1. We do not have access to refrigeration space during the event so please plan accordingly to bring your own coolers if you need them.
2. There is very little access to electricity in the event area.
3. Small grills are allowed for those wanting to cook on site. You must provide your own fire extinguisher if you bring a grill.
4. Set up will begin at 8:00 am. You can unload your car in the loop however it may not stay parked there during the event. The loop will close completely at 3:15 pm due to food trucks arriving. Please arrive on time!
5. In order to accomodate all the countries tents are limited to the 10 x 10 space. Larger tents will be considered on a first come, first basis.
