The monthly MLS subscription fee is $60.00 and is due no later than the 5th day of each month. Monthly fees are collected through automatic payment. By signing this application, you authorize MOCOMM MLS to charge your designated payment method for all applicable monthly fees and agree to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains current to avoid service interruption or other applicable fees.

I, hereby agree as a condition of participation in the Missouri Commercial Muliple Listing Service, Inc. to abide by the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of the Service, and other obligations of participation including payment of fees.

I irrevocably waive all claims againts the Multilist Service or any of it's officers, directors, staff or members for any act in connection with business of the Multilist Service and particularly as to it's or their acts in electing or failure to elect, advancing, suspending, expelling or otherwise disciplining me as an applicant or as a member.
I acknowledge that failure to complete the mandatory New Member Online training course can result in the denial of my membership application and termination of my MLS access.
