Terms and Conditions
By submitting artwork, I agree to the following:
I may submit up to 5 pieces.
The entry fee is $45 for the first two pieces, plus $10 for each additional piece (up to 5 total).
All submitted artwork is my original work. No reproductions or AI-generated art.
All artwork must be available for sale during the exhibition.
The Art Center will retain a 30% commission on all sales.
Prices provided at submission are final and cannot be changed once the show opens.
I am responsible for delivering and picking up my artwork on the scheduled dates. Artwork left over 30 days past the pickup date becomes the property of the Art Center.
All artwork must be exhibition-ready (wired, framed, clean, stable).
The Art Center may reject work that is not properly prepared, differs from submitted images, or poses a safety concern.
The Art Center does not provide insurance. I understand my artwork is submitted at my own risk.
The Art Center is not liable for loss, theft, or damage before, during, or after the exhibition.
I grant the Art Center permission to photograph my artwork for marketing, promotional, and archival use.
Jury decisions are final.
Entry fees are non-refundable, regardless of acceptance status.
