2027 WSBC Delegate Support Fund Application
The delegate and their service body should work together (videoconference or in-person) to complete sections 1, 2 and 3 of this application.

- 1. Complete this application before your region's deadline for delegate support. Each region may have its own deadline. Please confirm with your region that they have received and are processing your application.
  2. Your region must review your submitted application and notify the World Service Office of their funding decision by December 1, 2026.
  3. Complete all currency fields in U.S. dollars. Enter whole dollar amounts only. Do not enter cents, dollar signs, commas, or decimal points.
  4. The Delegate Support Fund Committee will meet in early December to review applications that still need funding after the region review.
  5. Funding decisions will be sent to the delegate by December 31, 2026. Each recipient must notify the World Service Office of their intention to accept or decline funding by the date given in the award letter. If the World Service Office does not receive confirmation, the funds may be awarded to other service bodies.
  6. Incomplete applications, or those received by the World Service Office after December 1, 2026, will not be considered.

  Maximum amount is $300. Breakfast is provided by the hotel.
- Non-Immigrant Visa
  Funding is included for a nonimmigrant visa application processing fee for visitor visas for business or tourism(B1/B2s and BCCs) if this is necessary to attend the World Service Business Conference. Maximum amount is $185.
