2026 Peacemaker Ranch Roundup

Date: Thursday, November 5th thru Sunday, November 8th, 2026
Event Location: The Peacemaker Ranch, S. Wildcat Rd., Apple Valley, UT.
Event Check In, Food, and Festivities are located in the Peacemaker Event Center (The Barn).
Peacemaker Event Center Hours:
- Thursday - Closed
- Friday - 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday - 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sunday - Closed
Miniature Golf: Available Friday and Saturday.
Vendors: Onsite Friday and Saturday..
Friday Fun Stuff:
- Vendors
- Small informal groups can ride in the area
- Miniature Golf
- Radio Controlled Cars by Electric Gremlins Adventures (you drive them) 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Pot Luck Dinner (see below)
Friday Pot Luck Dinner: Gather around the Firepit from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. You need to sign up in advance to bring a dish in order to eat! Contact Linda DeBord at 360-460-1155 or debord@olypen.com (text preferred) to join in the Pot Luck.
Saturday Breakfast: Includes a Breakfast Burrito, Pastry and Coffee or Juice. Pick up at the drive-thru between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
Saturday Dinner: Served between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM in the Peacemaker Event Center. Meal includes Cowboy Dutch Oven, Corn-on-the-Cob, Beans and Peach Cobbler. Lemonade and water included.
Saturday Fun Stuff:

- The Poker Run
- Miniature Golf
- Radio Controlled Cars by Electric Gremlins Adventures (you drive them) 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- UTV Competition (after you finish the Poker Run)
- Entertainment, Raffles and Poker Run Prizes in the Peacemaker Event Center at 5:30 PM. Close by 8:00 PM.
Sunday: Shooting Range open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
NOTE: Everyone should depart the ranch by Noon on Sunday.
Pricing:
Camping: Both Dry Camping and RV Sites are available. RV Sites are very limited in number. The respective fees include both Friday and Saturday nights (single fee covers both nights). No Wi-Fi available.
- Dry Camping is $25 and includes both nights (no electricity, water, or sewer)
- RV Sites (limited number) with sewer and water (no electricity) are $70, which includes both nights.
NOTES:
Please make arrangements directly with Peacemaker Ranch if you want to camp on nights other than Friday and Saturday. Call Collett Barlow at 435-212-0560.
Cabins are available at the ranch and must be booked directly with Peacemaker Ranch. Call Collett Barlow at 435-212-0560.
T-Shirts: $25 each. If ordered after October 11th, T-Shirts may not be available at the event. They can be picked up at a subsequent Club Meeting.
Additional Poker Hands: Available at the Peacemaker Event Center for $20 each. Friday 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Additional Raffle Tickets: Available at the Peacemaker Event Center for $5 each or 5 for $20. Friday 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
