Terms and Conditions of Booking:
- At least 3 working days notice is required for group booking enquiries. Your enquiry will not be responded to if the lead time is less than this.
- The form is an enquiry only. We will respomd with availability and a link for payment. No booking is reserved until payment has been received.
- The entry fee is for all adults attending too. There are no free places for staff/ helpers.
- All visits are self-guided. You need to ensure you have adequate supervision for all members of your group. We encourage you carry out a risk assessment ahead of your visit.
- We don't have facilities to store belongings. You will need to keep these with you at all times.
- The visit does not include interaction with animals or tending to the community garden. Animal feed is available to purchase on site.
- We have plenty of outside areas for packed lunches. Your group won't be able to eat in the cafe unless purchasing food from there.
- No coach access on Lakes Road. You wil need to park on Arkright Road and walk down.
- No knives/ BBQs/ Forest School type activities
