Sponsorship Intake Form

This premier sponsorship package includes eight complimentary symposium registrations, recognition during the Opening Remarks with an opportunity to deliver a brief welcome, and a speaking role during a key session or panel. The sponsor will receive exclusive branding on attendee name badges, priority exhibit booth placement, and prominent logo visibility across the event website, symposium materials, and main presentation slides. The package also includes a dedicated social media spotlight before and after the event, with all administrative processing fees included.

Sponsors will receive secondary logo placement on the event website, symposium materials, and presentation slides, along with group social media recognition before and after the event. All administrative processing fees are included.
