-Number of students and adults attending

-Grade or age of students

-Preferred date and time. Check the field trip availability calendar HERE before selecting your date.

How many students are you bringing?
How many teachers total are attending? Please note, there must be one teacher for each class.
How many chaperones are you bringing? Parents are welcome to join the field trips! We recommend at least one chaperone per class, especially for the younger kiddos.

Are you planning to eat lunch while you are at the museum? Let us know so we can factor it into our planning for the day!
Please select your preferred field trip stations. Plan for 35-45 minutes at each station. We recommend 1-3 stations per field trip. A 4th station can be added on for large groups.
Do you have any students who would benefit from any accommodations? We love making history fun for everyone, let us know how we can help your students.

Next steps:

-After you submit your form, we will review your request and will send you a confirmation email. Confirmation will usually take 1-5 business days.

- One to two weeks before your field trip, we will send you a final itinerary, customized for your group, listing the schedule, docents and visitor information.

-If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your trip, please give us as much notice as possible. We rely on volunteer docents to support field trips at the Historical Museum, and we do our best to respect their time and comittment to sharing history.
