Retreat Details

Length: 4 days/3 nights
Cost: $300 per person

Bring: Your sewing machine, quilting supplies, and the project(s) you'd like to work on.

Accommodations: All guest rooms are shared. There are no private rooms available.

Meals: Meals are not provided. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy one of the nearby local restaurants.

Come for the quilting, stay for the friendships, and leave refreshed, inspired, and motivated to keep creating. Whether you arrive with a longtime quilting friend or come on your own, you'll be welcomed into a community of quilters who love sharing their passion.

Rental Agreement

Alverson House&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Rental Agreement&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;This Rental Agreement is between Earnest Enterprises, Inc./Alverson House (Management) and the Guest as specified in the booking regarding the Alverson House, 6771 North US Highway 231, Spencer, Indiana 47460.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Guest agrees to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules .&#13;&#10;Our retreat center is dedicated to providing a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming environment where guests can relax, create, and enjoy fellowship together. To help maintain this atmosphere for everyone, we ask that all guests observe the following property policies.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Occupancy&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The maximum overnight occupancy of the retreat center is 10 guests.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Smoke-Free, Pet-Free & Alcohol-Free Property &#13;&#10;Our retreat center is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or nicotine products are not permitted anywhere inside the buildings or on the grounds.&#13;&#10;Pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals, as defined by applicable law, are welcome.&#13;&#10;Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto or consumed anywhere on the premises.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Quilting & Crafting: To help protect our furnishings and provide a pleasant experience for future guests:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Fabric dyeing is not permitted on the premises.&#13;&#10;Fabric starching and spray basting are not permitted inside or outside the buildings.&#13;&#10;Candle burning is not permitted anywhere on the property.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Care of the Property&#13;&#10;Guests agree to treat the retreat center, furnishings, and equipment with care and to leave the property in good condition. The renter is financially responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage caused by them during the stay.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Personal Responsibility&#13;&#10;Each guest is responsible for their own personal safety and belongings during their stay at the Alverson House. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Access to the Property&#13;&#10;Management reserves the right to enter the property, when reasonably necessary, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or emergencies.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Refund Policy&#13;&#10;50% of paid amount is refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before. 0% refundable if canceled after.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Compliance with Policies&#13;&#10;We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these policies and helping us provide a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable retreat experience for every guest. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the reservation being terminated without a refund at the discretion of management.&#13;&#10;
