CREATE, EXPRESS & GROW!
For Children Ages 7–12
Give your child a safe, supportive space to express feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills through creative activities.
WHAT IS ART THERAPY?
Art therapy is a form of therapeutic support that uses creative expression to help children explore emotions, reduce stress, and strengthen coping skills. Through drawing, painting, collage, clay, and guided storytelling, children can express thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to put into words.
No artistic experience is needed. This is not about making “perfect” art—it’s about self-expression, emotional growth, and healing in a safe and welcoming environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Children will participate in fun, engaging art activities while learning how to:
- Recognize and express emotions
- Manage stress, anxiety, and frustration
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Strengthen communication and social skills
- Practice coping skills and problem-solving
- Connect with others in a supportive group setting
- Sessions are designed to help children feel understood, supported, and empowered through creativity.
