Calling all Mid artists, designers, doodlers, and creative thinkers!

Ahead of the fall semester, we're inviting students to design an original sticker that celebrates the right to vote and voting as a way to foster civic engagement.

Whether your design is bold, funny, inspiring, or uniquely you, we want to see your creativity.

Contest Details

• Submit your design(s) Now – 4pm Wednesday, September 2.
• Current Mid Michigan College students may enter.
• Themes should be Vote, Voting, Civic Engagement, Right to Vote, etc.
• Design Requirements Make sure design is at least 4"x4" and pdf, ai, eps, zip, jpg, jpeg - High Resolution or Vector Files are preferred.

The winning design will be professionally printed as a limited-edition sticker and shared with students on Constitution Day, September 17. Additional prizes may also be awarded. See full details on the submission form.

Official Guidelines

Eligibility

• Open to all currently enrolled Mid Michigan College students.
• One entry per student.

Design Guidelines

• Designs must be original and created by the student submitting the entry.
• Designs should reflect the theme of voting, civic engagement, right to vote, etc.
• Entries must be appropriate for all audiences and may not include offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted content.
• Designs should not include trademarks, logos, or artwork owned by another individual or organization.
• AI-generated artwork is not permitted. Students may use digital design tools, but the creative work must be their own.

Submission Requirements

• Submit your design between August 17 and 4pm September 2.
  File format: pdf, ai, eps, zip, jpg, jpeg - High Resolution or Vector Files are preferred.
• Design within the file must be at least 4" x 4".

Judging

• Entries will be reviewed by a panel of College representatives based on Creativity and Originality, Overall Design Quality, Connection to Theme, and Printability.

Prize

• One Grand Prize winner will be selected. Additional honorable mentions or awards may be presented at the discretion of the College. 
• The winner(s) will receive a Mid-branded items prize pack.
• The winning design will be professionally produced as a limited-edition Mid Michigan College sticker and shared on Constitution Day and at other College events.

Terms and Conditions

• By submitting an entry, participants affirm that the design is their original work.
• All submitted designs become the property of Mid Michigan College upon submission.
• The College reserves the right to reproduce, modify, resize, adapt, publish, and use submitted artwork in print, digital, promotional, and other College materials without additional permission or compensation.
• Winning or selected entries may be edited to meet production requirements.
• No compensation, royalties, or licensing fees will be paid for submitted artwork.
• Mid Michigan College reserves the right not to select a winner if no submission meets contest expectations and reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if necessary.
