MANDATORY VENDOR COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

To finalize your booking for our upcoming market at Christ's Community Church, all vendors must submit proof of the following four requirements upon confirmation of acceptance. All documentation must be approved before the event. Vendors who fail to submit these files in advance will forfeit their spot and will not be permitted to set up.
Arizona TPT License • What is needed: A copy of your active Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License. The Rule: If you take direct payments at your booth, you must have this license. The City of Glendale must be listed as an active region on your tax profile so sales tax is routed correctly.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) • What is needed: A standard $1,000,000 general liability insurance certificate. The Rule: Your insurance document must explicitly list both the organizer and the host church as "Additional Insured."Exact Wording for your Insurance Agent: The "Description of Operations" box on your COI must state exactly: "Bethany Wellner dba The Local List and Christ's Community Church are named as Additional Insureds for the event on October 24th, 2026."
Health Permits (Food & Drinks) • If you sell or sample anything meant to be consumed, you must upload one of these specific county categories: ● Open Drinks & Fresh Food (☆Permit Required): You must submit a valid Maricopa County Temporary Food Establishment Permit if you pour open cups of liquid (lemonade, fresh coffee, iced tea, mocktails, smoothies), scoop ice into cups, add garnishes, or handle open, unpackaged food items. ●Home-Baked Goods (☆Cottage Food Certificate Required): If you sell non-perishable, home-baked goods or dry tea blends, you do not need a county health permit, but you must submit your official Arizona Cottage Food Program Certificate. ●Sealed/Pre-Packaged Drinks (◇NO Health Permit Needed): **You are exempt from health permits only if you are selling strictly pre-packaged, commercially sealed containers (like unopened soda cans or factory-sealed plastic water bottles) without pouring them or adding ice.
You must be accepted as a vendor after application is reviewed. Payment needs to be made within 24 hours of application to confirm your spot. After 24 hours, your spot will be released to the next applicant. Vendor fee for each event is $50 per 10x10 space. Vendor fees go toward more advertising, signage, processing fees, applications, insurance, hourly rates on campus, and a portion to WTCCC for the space.
