OTG Campout 2026 Volunteer Form

Important Information:

Events dates: October 22 - October 25

Build dates: October 18 - October 21

Strike dates: October 26 - 28

Volunteers will be scheduled to work a minimum of 12-hours in exchange for their tickets being refunded at the end of the event. Work hours will be spread over a number of shifts each day and may change depending on when each volunteer is scheduled and the department they are working in.

Each individual must purchase a campout pass when they register as a volunteer. Approved applicants will receive a registration form through which their tickets can be purchased for $200.

While we will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone's schedule and availability, we make no guarantees that every volunteer will be scheduled exactly as requested.
