WE ARE UNABLE TO SPONSOR FOREIGN NATIONALS/NON-US CITIZENS OR VOLUNTEERS WITH ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND ON BASE.
*Due to current security levels on base, all volunteers aged 16 and up will need to register separately regardless of whether they are driving or not. They will check each adult and each driver's ID to match with our volunteer list.

Please let us know if you are signing up with a group or business so we ensure we assign you to rooms together before you arrive.
Signing up with a group or friends? Please tell us who you are volunteering with so we group you together for the project. Please leave blank if you are signing up on your own.
For example, Lionsheart girls, Saddleback NCL, Girl Scout Troop 2571, Shoreline Church or "Julie Jones' group."

Minor and Youth Group Information

Please use this section to give us information about your children or minors who will be volunteering as part of your group. For this project, volunteers must be 10 years and up.

Please list each minor along with their birthdate(s) you are registering. Sorry, due to the nature of this project, WE CANNOT ACCEPT VOLUNTEERS UNDER THE AGE OF 10. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Minors age 10-17 require an adult chaperone to stay with them for the duration of the event.
Please list the name of the registered adult leader who will chaperone your child for the event. Please ensure that you have cleared this with them and they have registered prior to registering your child. Each adult may only chaperone 4 minors.

Lunch options (please choose below). Water and light snacks will be available throughout the event. Pizza will be served at 12:30.
