Candidate must attend a mandatory meeting on Thursday, August 27 OR Friday, August 28 at 4:30 PM in LSC 144. Failure to comply with the guidelines presented will result in immediate disqualification.
- The candidate application form must be submitted before the last candidate meeting on 08/28/26 at 4:30 PM.
- In 150 words or less, give a biography of yourself (in third person). Type your biography in Microsoft Word and attach the document to an email. Email biographies to getinvolved@shsu.edu by Monday, August 31st at 5:00 PM. If your biography is late you will be disqualified.
- An official candidate picture must be taken on Monday, August 31st from 12:00 PM-3:00 PM. You will schedule a picture time during the meetings on 08/27/26 or 08/28/26.
