2027 Conyers Book Festival Vendor Application

Join us for the 5th Annual Conyers Book Festival, happening April 10–11, 2026 at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA! This beloved community event celebrates books, authors, and creativity — and we’d love to have you be part of it. At this time, we are not accepting any food vendors.

This is a juried application. Once accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for your vendor fee which will be due within 30 days of receipt in order to reserve your space. Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.

The festival is a rain or shine event. If you need to cancel, refunds will be issued only for cancellations made at least 90 days before the event. Any cancellations after that date are non-refundable.

No tents required. Table and chair provided.

Vendor Fees:

1 day – $200
Both days – $250

Please note that vendor fees are non-refundable after February 15, 2027.
