  • DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Hydro facials, microneedling and more.
    • Perform hair removal treatments such as waxing and threading
    • Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized skincare recommendations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.
    • Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
    • Assist with sales of skincare products and recommend appropriate products to clients.
    • Offer retail products to clients and provide guidance on at-home skincare routines
    • Keep detailed records of client treatments and progress.
    • Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, tracking client preferences, and managing inventory
    • Manages social media on multiple platforms to promote services and engage with clients
    • Must carry liability insurance
    • Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Licensed Master Esthetician in the state of Utah.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Experience in retail sales within a salon or spa setting
    • Proficiency in a wide range of esthetic treatments and techniques.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
    • Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Sales experience is a plus.
