DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Hydro facials, microneedling and more.
- Perform hair removal treatments such as waxing and threading
- Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized skincare recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Assist with sales of skincare products and recommend appropriate products to clients.
- Offer retail products to clients and provide guidance on at-home skincare routines
- Keep detailed records of client treatments and progress.
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, tracking client preferences, and managing inventory
- Manages social media on multiple platforms to promote services and engage with clients
- Must carry liability insurance
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Master Esthetician in the state of Utah.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in retail sales within a salon or spa setting
- Proficiency in a wide range of esthetic treatments and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Sales experience is a plus.
