Unless your vehicle is part of your display, it must be moved to the parking lot prior to 9am

To be sure a site is reserved please submit this form as early as possible. Powered and covered sites are limited. Please Note: Site holders will be advised the week of the show of their site location by email, also a map will be displayed at the office on the day. An invoice will be sent to you if there is any payment owing.  Please remember to be kind.  We are volunteers doing this work around our jobs, families and other committments.

The Northern Wairoa Agricultural and Pastoral Association (Arapohue Show) is committed to the protection of people from accident or injury. To assist us in minimizing trade site hazards, please identify from the list below all the items that will be a part of your trade exhibit. You will be required to eliminate, isolate or minimize any aspect within the area of your trade site that could potentially be a hazard. We greatly appreciate your assistance in this.
