Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in getting a tattoo from me! I am located at Calico Ink Tattoo in Acworth, Ga! Before you submit an inquiry, check out my body of work on Instagram or on my website to make sure I’m the right artist for you! To submit an inquiry, please fill out the form below. Please ensure that you are reading through the form carefully and have read my Booking Policy on my website before submitting, so that you are aware of my process.

I do not do anything smaller than 3 inches as it ages poorly overtime.
Placement of the tattoo (Be Specific)
Ex: Right Inner Forearm, back of left calf, left forearm, etc.
Placement Photo. Please attach a photo where you would like the tattoo to go. This should be a picture of YOUR OWN BODY not a Google image.

If there are other tattoos, scars birthmarks, etc. let it be known! Be sure to take the placement photo of your OWN body where you would like the tattoo to go. Take the photo in good, readable lighting so I can best design something to fit the area suitable to you!
