As a condition of my participation in activities offered by Nature Niños, I,
____________________________, on behalf of myself (and, if applicable, my minor child), my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE Nature Niños, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, partner organizations, sponsoring agencies, landowners, and all affiliated entities (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur while participating in any Nature Niños activity or while traveling to or from such activity, including transportation provided by the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in outdoor education, recreation,
environmental education, hiking, camping, fishing, archery, field studies, transportation, and other Nature Niños activities involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken by the Released Parties. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- falls;
- uneven terrain;
- exposure to weather;
- insects and wildlife;
- allergic reactions;
- water-related hazards;
- use of tools or equipment;
- transportation;
- physical exertion; and
- other known and unforeseen risks that could result in injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage.
I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.

I expressly agree that I will not sue or make any claim against any of the Released Parties forany damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in Nature Niños activities or transportation to or from those activities.
If I am provided with equipment, I accept the equipment "as is" and agree to exercise reasonable care while it is in my possession. I understand that I am responsible for the replacement cost of equipment that is lost, stolen, or not returned, and for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

I grant Nature Niños permission to photograph, videotape, or otherwise record me or my child during participation in Nature Niños activities. I authorize Nature Niños to use these images, recordings, or likenesses for educational, promotional, fundraising, and marketing purposes in print, digital, and social media without compensation or further permission.

I certify that I (or my child) am physically able to participate in these activities and that I have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or accommodations necessary for safe participation. I understand that Nature Niños does not provide medical insurance and that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation.

I voluntarily and expressly assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from participation in Nature Niños activities, whether caused by the inherent risks of the activity or by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I warrant and represent that I am in good health and there are no special problems
associated with my health. I accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred in connection with the activities. I EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. I further EXPRESSLY AGREE that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, that balance of the agreement shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force.

I REPRESENT AND WARRANT MY UNDERSTANDING THAT I WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITIES OFFERED BY THE RELEASED PARTIES IF I DO NOT FIRST AGREE, BY MY SIGNATURE BELOW, TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES. FOR ALL DAMAGES AND LOSSES TO ME THAT MAY ARISE FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES.
