If an artist is selling cards, fine art prints, or stickers, they are allowed up to 50 additional items, as long as said additional items are either cards, fine art prints, or stickers.

• Example 1: Jane is selling 50 ceramic ornaments and 50 fine art prints.
• Example 2: John has 20 pairs of earrings and 80 stickers for sale.
• Example 3: Mary has 100 greeting cards for sale.

Rumriver Art Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and our mission is to make art accessible and create welcoming spaces where creativity, confidence, and connection can grow for people of all ages and abilities.

We make sure every student has access to creativity, regardless of income or background. ​Our classes are often about 25% lower cost than many other arts organizations​ and have provided thousands of dollars in scholarships.

​In the fall of 2025 we opened a sister location in Fridley; Creative Flow Art Center. This building ​has been adapted to be highly accessible and we are ​now able to reach even more youth, families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities across the North Metro.

Every dollar donated helps us continue to provide affordable classes, scholarships for families, free community art events, and a space for artists to share their stories and creativity.
