The Mare Owner understands and acknowledges that Red Tachita Doc is a carrier of Glycogen Branching Enzyme Deficiency (GBED) and will not be bred to any Mare that is also a GBED carrier.
The Mare Owner understands and acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring all registration papers, genetic test results, and supporting documents submitted under this Agreement are accurate and belong to the Mare identified in this Agreement.

Mare Owner must fill out an OutBack Stallion Station Shipment/On-Site Collection Form for Affiliate or Haul-In Stallions. The form is available on the OutBack Stallion Station website at outbackreproduction.com under "Contracts & Forms" and must be completed and submitted directly to OutBack Stallion Station at outbackequine@gmail.com. Breeding Fee
The Breeding Fee for Red Tachita Doc is $1,000. Mare Owners who complete a signed Stallion Breeding Agreement and pay the required Booking Fee by December 31st qualify for the Early Booking Discount of $800.
A non-refundable Booking Fee of $500 is due upon signing. The Booking Fee is applied toward the total Breeding Fee and reserves the Mare's place in the breeding book and ability to request shipments of cooled semen.
The remaining balance is due before the first shipment of cooled semen. Shipping fees charged by OutBack Stallion Station are separate and are the responsibility of the Mare Owner.
If Red Tachita Doc becomes unavailable before breeding services are provided, we will refund all monies paid by the Mare Owner.

The Mare Owner understands and acknowledges that OutBack Stallion Station in Caldwell, Idaho, manages all cooled semen collections and shipments.
Collection days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The Mare Owner must request shipments of cooled semen directly through OutBack Stallion Station. A completed OutBack Stallion Station Shipment/On-Site Collection Form for Affiliate or Haul-In Stallions must be on file before any shipment can be requested.
OutBack Stallion Station must receive all required information at least 24 hours before the requested collection day.
The Mare Owner is responsible for shipping fees.
Once a shipment of cooled semen has been released to the carrier, JD Quarter Horses LLC and OutBack Stallion Station are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues beyond their reasonable control.
Mare Requirements

The Mare Owner understands and acknowledges that mares arriving at OutBack Stallion Station are subject to OutBack Stallion Station's boarding, veterinary, and breeding policies.
If the Mare is not being bred at OutBack Stallion Station, JD Quarter Horses LLC and OutBack Stallion Station are not responsible for the Mare's reproductive management, timing of insemination, fertility, or untreated reproductive conditions.
Use of Cooled Semen
The Mare Owner understands and acknowledges that all cooled semen provided under this Agreement is intended solely for the Mare identified in this Agreement.
Cooled semen may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or used for any other Mare without the prior written approval of JD Quarter Horses LLC.
If the original Mare dies or a licensed veterinarian determines she is no longer a suitable breeding candidate, JD Quarter Horses LLC may approve a Mare substitution in writing.
Live Foal Guarantee
JD Quarter Horses LLC offers a Live Foal Guarantee on all signed Red Tachita Doc Stallion Breeding Agreements.
A Live Foal is defined as a foal that stands and nurses unassisted for at least twenty-four (24) hours after birth.
The Mare Owner must provide written notice within fourteen (14) days together with a veterinarian's statement.
If a Live Foal is not produced, JD Quarter Horses LLC will provide one complimentary rebreed during the following Breeding Season, provided the Mare Owner has complied with this Agreement.
The complimentary rebreed applies only to the Breeding Fee. Shipping fees and all other breeding-related expenses remain the responsibility of the Mare Owner.
Embryo Transfer
The Mare Owner must provide complete embryo transfer information, including the recipient mare’s information, by September 1st of the applicable Breeding Season. The Mare Owner must complete all required steps and comply with the requirements and procedures AQHA establishes for embryo transfer.
AQHA Registration & Breeder's Certificate
JD Quarter Horses LLC will complete and submit the Stallion Breeding Report.
By September 1st of the applicable Breeding Season, the Mare Owner must provide the Mare's breeding status.
As a courtesy, JD Quarter Horses LLC will make a reasonable effort to send a reminder before the September 1st deadline. If the Mare Owner does not receive a reminder, the Mare Owner remains responsible for providing the required information by the deadline.
Failure to provide the required information may delay or prevent completion of the Stallion Breeding Report and issuance of AQHA breeding documentation.
The Breeder's Certificate will not be issued until all terms of this Agreement are satisfied and all amounts due are paid in full.
