Dragon Professional v16 is an on-premise speech recognition solution for Windows 11 and Windows 10. It allows you to dictate directly into compatible applications, create custom words and voice commands, and transcribe compatible single-speaker recordings.

Important licensing information
- A stand-alone Dragon Professional v16 licence provides a maximum of two activations.
- The licence is intended for installation on one primary PC, with the additional activation reserved for recovery or replacement.
- Dragon Professional v16 is licensed per author. Each person using Dragon must have their own licence and individual Dragon voice profile.
- If you require central licence management or a solution for users working across multiple computers, please contact the VoiceX team for advice.
Use a microphone designed for speech recognition
Microphone quality can make a significant difference to speech recognition accuracy. For the best results, use a good-quality USB headset, handheld dictation microphone or desktop microphone designed for speech recognition.

If your Dragon licence is covered by an active VoiceX Annual Support Agreement, remote technical support is included in accordance with your agreement.
Pay-As-You-Go remote technical support is also available. Please refer to your invoice or support agreement for details of the services included with your purchase.
