This form is the Official Shift Registration Form. While it collects basic contact information to confirm your details, this form allows you to select your specific role and time slot(s) for festival day. Completing this form locks in your schedule for the festival.

We offer three core 4.5-hour volunteer shifts (with built-in 30-minute overlaps for smooth handoffs), plus an optional early arrival slot if you want to join the board early for breakfast!

General Volunteer Shifts

Optional Early Arrival - (Join staff on-site for light breakfast/prep, site walkthrough, and early vendor load-in before main setup. begins)

Morning Shift - (Main setup, tent assembly, stage support, signage placement, vendor check-in and loading, traffic, main layout prep.)

Afternoon Shift - (Festival launch, front gate registration & line assistants, VIP, merch tent, traffic, general site operations)

Evening Shift - (Tear down, front gate registration & line assistants, VIP, merch tent, traffic, general site operations, site pack-up, park sweep)

I understand that by expressing interest in volunteering with Texas Latino Pride, I may be invited to participate in volunteer activities, events, or programs as assigned. In consideration of being allowed to volunteer, I acknowledge that participation may involve customary risks, and I agree to follow all instructions, policies, and safety procedures provided by Texas Latino Pride and its representatives.

As a volunteer for Texas Latino Pride, I authorize diagnosis and emergency medical treatment by a qualified medical professional during volunteer service. Texas Latino Pride will contact the emergency contact provided, and reasonable efforts will be made to reach them first; however, if one cannot be reached in time, treatment may proceed as needed.

I understand that volunteer service may involve weather-related hazards, travel, environmental conditions, and dangers inherent to assigned volunteer tasks, especially in service to our Latino LGBT community.

I also authorize Texas Latino Pride to use photographs and video recordings of me taken during volunteer activities, events, or programs for marketing, media, and social media purposes.

If accepted as a volunteer, I authorize Texas Latino Pride to contact me regarding scheduling, training, assignments, and emergency communication related to volunteer service. I understand that this form is an expression of interest and does not guarantee placement or participation in any specific volunteer opportunity.
