I request that my child, phone to school for after school use. I understand the following restrictions and agree to the following:

Phones must be turned OFF at all times while on school grounds.

Phones MUST be kept in the student's book bag which is stored in the locker or classroom. No phones may be kept on the student's person or in their purse or pencil bag.

Cell phones may NOT be used for picture taking on school grounds.

Those who violate the rules regarding cell phones will have their phone confiscated for a period of not less than 24 hours. After which time a parent must retrieve the phone. If the child needs to continue to bring the phone, it will have to be checked in at the office whenever it is brought to school. A second offense may result in forfeiture of this privilege altogether.

I have made these requirements clear to my child and we agree to abide by them.
