Agreement Terms & Conditions
Please review the items below before signing:
- Booking Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit applies to bookings made more than 14 days in advance. The $25 non-refundable booking deposit is applied toward the total rental cost and is not an additional fee.
- Balance Due: The remaining balance and a $50 refundable security deposit are due at least 3 days before the event.
- Security Deposit Refund: The security deposit is refunded to the original payment method after return and inspection if there is no damage or missing items.
- Age Requirement: The renter must be at least 18 years old.
- Electrical Outlet: A standard electrical outlet must be available for machine rentals.
- Equipment Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the equipment while in their possession.
- Loss or Damage: The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, damage, excessive cleaning, or missing accessories.
- Liability: Sticky Situations Cotton Candy & More is not liable for burns, injuries, property damage, food allergies, misuse, or any incidents arising from use.
- Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sticky Situations Cotton Candy & More from related claims, losses, damages, and expenses.
