Don Wes Vendor Rules & Regulations
Saturdays Only August 15, 22, 29 September 5, 12, 19 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
1. Booth Space & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and displays.
All displays must stay within the assigned booth boundaries (measured and numbered with spray chalk).
2. Setup & Breakdown
Setup begins at 7:00 AM.
All vendors must be completely set up and ready for customers by 7:45 AM.

Breakdown may not begin until the event concludes at 2:00 PM. No vehicles are allowed under the awning at anytime. Vehicles can be driven to the edge of the awning and unloaded, then handcart to your designated spot. Vendors must park outside the fence beside the railway tracks. No loud generators are allowed and all invertor generators must be moved away from the vendor spaces, so make sure you have long extension cords. Please keep any pets either contained or on leash at all times.
3. Product Guidelines
All items sold must be family-friendly.
Prohibited Items: Sexually inappropriate materials, drug-related imagery, and drug paraphernalia are strictly forbidden.
The event organizer reserves the right to ask for the removal of any products deemed unsuitable.
4. Permits & Licenses
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
Any food vendors must have the necessary local health department permits on display.
5. Fees & Payments
All vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the event date to secure your spot.
Fees are non-refundable in the event of a vendor cancellation.
6. Conduct
Vendors are expected to behave professionally and treat all attendees, fellow vendors and Don Wes staff and permanent Vendors with respect, no loud music. Please keep your area tidy and free from trash.
Section 7. This event will be rain or shine. There are no refunds for any vendor fees. In the event of severe weather you will be notified of that cancellation. Vendors will be given a credit to the next event.
