  • Reservation Policy

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an order. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. Custom orders require 2–3 weeks’ notice, and rush orders may be subject to an additional fee. All sales are final because each arrangement is custom-made. If supplies are unavailable, substitutions of equal value may be made at our discretion. Customers must inspect their order at pickup or delivery. D&D Eternal Roses is not responsible for damage after the order has been picked up or delivered. Delivery is $10 within Monroe and $15 within West Monroe. Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact information. Failure to pick up an order at the agreed time may result in additional fees.
