  • The fine print

  • PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT — INFINITE CYPHER 2026.
    1. PERFORMER STATUS. I am performing as an independent artist, not as an employee or contractor of Infinite Cypher. I understand I am not being paid a performance fee, and that no wages, benefits, or expenses are owed to me for my time in the cypher.
    2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I understand that Infinite Cypher 2026 is a multi-day outdoor camping event involving live performance, amplified sound, open fire, overnight hours, crowds, uneven ground, and extended time awake. I understand that performing in a continuous cypher may involve long sets, vocal strain, and sleep loss. I know these carry risk of injury, illness, property loss, and in rare cases death. I choose to participate anyway, of my own free will.
    3. RELEASE. To the fullest extent the law allows, I release the organizers, hosts, landowners, volunteers, and their agents from claims for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
    4. MY OWN CONDITION. I confirm I am physically and mentally able to perform. I am responsible for my own medication, rest, hydration, voice, and limits. I will step out of the circle rather than push past what my body can do. I will tell event medical staff about anything they need to know to help me.
    5. MEDIA RELEASE. I grant Infinite Cypher and its partners permission to record, photograph, livestream, broadcast, archive, and reuse my likeness, name, voice, and performance from this event, in any medium, worldwide, without payment to me. I understand this event is livestreamed publicly and submitted as evidence for a Guinness World Record attempt.
    7. CONDUCT. I will follow event rules and the directions of organizers and safety staff. Harassment, violence, weapons, hate speech, and unsafe behavior get me removed with no refund. Service animals only, no other pets.
    8. NO GUARANTEE OF A SLOT. Submitting this form and paying the processing fee does not guarantee a performance slot or a specific time. Slots are assigned by the organizing collective. The $40 processing fee covers review of my submission and is non-refundable whether or not I am selected.
    9. TRUTHFULNESS. Everything I have entered on this form is true.
