Disclaimer: CPD Units will be applied at the Council of Occupational Therapy. Refund will not be issued on the basis of the program being disapproved. In the event that PRC CPD accreditation is not approved, this activity may be applied as Self-Directed Learning (SDL).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*I agree that KTLC CPD TEAM (“the organizer”) reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or change the venue of the event and/or the speakers in case of force majeure, which shall include but not limited to fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake and other natural calamities in which case, each shall bear their own cost of accommodations and booking.

Rules in case of Cancellation:
1. The participant shall be entitled to a FULL REFUND:
  1. If the cancellation is due to medical and/or health reasons or others, subject to the following conditions:
    
    Must be communicated to the organizer in writing or via email at ktlc.cpd@gmail.com;
    
    Supported by Medical Certificate; and,
    
    To be further verified and approved by the management.
  2. In case of cancellation on the part of the organizer 30 calendar days before the scheduled training date due to causes, such as insufficient number of enrollees. Nevertheless, KTLC will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by the participant.
2. The participant shall be entitled to a REFUND OF 50% OF THE TRAINING FEES, if the cancellation was made 29 calendar days or more before the scheduled date of the course.
3. There shall be NO REFUND, if the cancellation was made by the participant 28 calendar days or less prior to the scheduled date of the course; however, the participant may be substituted at his/her own expense.
4. There shall be FORFEITURE OF THE TRAINING FEES, in case the participant fails to attend the training, or any course thereof, without prior notice and arrangement to the organizer.
5. Certificate of Attendance will only be given for those who completed payments.
6. If payments were incomplete, fees will be forfeited and registration be invalid.
