SECTION C - Pitch Requirements
Please select your preferred pitch option below. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, allocations are subject to availability, event layout and power requirements. Indoor pitches include the use of one 6ft trestle table and one chair. Outdoor pitches are located on concrete surfaces and require stallholders to provide their own gazebo (with leg weights), tables and chairs.

SECTION E - Compliance
Please complete the following compliance questions. Supporting documentation is not required when submitting your application. If your application is successful, you may be asked to provide the relevant documentation, including a suitable risk assessment, before your booking can be confirmed.
1. Public Liability Insurance
Please provide details of the Public Liability Insurance or equivalent insurance cover that applies to your stall or activities. This may be your own policy or cover provided by an employer, charity, organisation or other appropriate body. You do not need to upload or send us a copy of your insurance policy or certificate. Please provide the requested insurance details below. The Council may contact you if any further information is required.

2. Risk Assessment
All stallholders are responsible for assessing the risks associated with their stall and activities. A suitable risk assessment may be requested before your booking is confirmed.

3. Electricity Requirements
Electricity is available by prior arrangement only and must be requested as part of your booking. An electricity charge applies as this provides a dedicated power supply for your stall and allows us to plan the event layout safely and fairly.
