We provide all instructions, details, and visuals needed to complete your order correctly. Incomplete or incorrect submissions are the result of missed steps, not a lack of clear instructions or a website issue.

While this does not happen often, we still need to address it to protect our customers, our business, and the standards and policies we have in place. When we have to backtrack or cancel orders due to missed steps, it takes time away from preparing orders for customers who have completed the process correctly and can cause unnecessary delays.

ORDERING AND PICKUP RULES

1. SELECT YOUR PICKUP TIME
Select your pickup time. This is the start of your 45-minute pickup window. Example: 7:00 PM = 7:00–7:45 PM.

2. COMPLETE THE ORDER FORM
Fill out ALL required fields, including your name, email, allergies, and pickup time. Upload your payment screenshot and submit payment.

3. CLICK SUBMIT & CHECK YOUR PICKUP DETAILS
Your order is not received until the form is successfully submitted. Pickup details will open in a NEW TAB.

5. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
Do not arrive until we confirm your order is received, confirmed, and ready for pickup.

6. FOLLOW PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
When your order is ready, tell us when you are leaving and again 5–8 minutes before arrival.
