  • Learner & Family Information

  • This field is required for all attending learners/ participants. Click on the “+ Next Learner” button for each additional learner. *
  • Learner's who are minors should have their parents/ guardians/ caregivers information listed as emergency contact.

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Educational Situation & Program Context

This form serves three very different families: those currently home educating (many approaching or already in secondary education), learners currently in a traditional school, and adults or young adults who've already completed high school and want college credit and or a pathway to university. Every question below is written so each family only sees what's genuinely relevant to them.
  • Academic Eligibility Determination

Choose the path that best fits the learner's situation.
  • Path A: Portfolio, please provide work samples, report cards, or transcripts specifically from the outside school/ organization/ PSP/ your home education tenure, covering the subject and activitiess not currently studied through CampUs Vitali.

  • Share learner's preferred way to learn (multiple options may be selected)*
  • Program Options & Tuition Structures

Two ways to take ASU® courses with CampUs, pick whichever fits how you'd like to handle ASU® credit.
  • Course Path
  • Support Tier

  • Support Tier options
  • Onboarding: Once a family has decided to move forward, payment for the selected Support Tier ($75 USD/year Independent Access, or $317 USD/year Guided Support) is due at least 7 days before the intended start date. This payment is what unlocks the hands-on onboarding process, not the free introductory call in Section 1, but the deeper, individualized step that follows once a family is enrolled:

    • Full access to the ASU® learning portal
    • Scheduled guided, course-by-course walkthrough of what's actually available
    • Help finalizing which specific courses to start with
    • Ongoing support for the year ahead, per the Support Tier selected so you can start feeling supported and confident.
  • If you choose Independent Access ($75 USD/year) and later realize you'd benefit from more support, you can upgrade to Guided Support at any time by simply paying the $242 USD difference - you are never charged the full $317 again for the academic year.

  • Would you prefer to pay in JMD instead of USD?*
  • Course(s) Payment: Once onboarding is complete and a family has selected their specific course(s), an invoice is issued for the Course Path fee(s) chosen ($25 or $250 per course). This invoice must be settled within 14 calendar days of issuance, or prior to the course start date, whichever comes first.

This 14-day window is separate from, and begins after, the 7-day Support Tier payment. The two figures describe two different fees at two different points in the process, not conflicting deadlines for the same payment: Support Tier is paid first to begin onboarding; the 14-day window applies afterward, once specific courses have actually been chosen and invoiced.

All payments are processed directly through CampUs Vitali. Course enrollment fees are non-refundable once the course start date has passed.

While CampUs Vitali educators may provide mentorship, tutoring, and local facilitation, the course material, proctored exams, and final grading are administered directly according to Arizona State University academic standards.

Passing Grade for Credit: to earn official, transferable university credit, the learner must achieve a final grade of "C" (2.0 GPA) or higher.

ASU® Guaranteed Pathway: learners who successfully complete 4 designated ASU® Universal Learner courses with a cumulative 2.75 GPA through CampUs Vitali earn guaranteed undergraduate admission to Arizona State University, subject to standard university application, identity verification, and general conduct checks.

External University Transferability: ASU® is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). While ASU® credits are widely accepted by colleges and universities worldwide, including U.S., Caribbean, and international institutions, credit transfer policies are always determined by the receiving institution. CampUs Vitali cannot guarantee how another university will apply transferred credits toward specific degree majors.

CampUs Vitali is an officially recognized partner under the ASU® Learning Enterprise / Accelerate ASU network, operating as a Private Satellite Program (PSP). Learners receive official university transcripts directly from Arizona State University upon credit conversion.

CampUs Vitali proudly facilitates access to Arizona State University's® Dual Enrollment pathway, but ASU® is an independent third-party institution, not part of CampUs Vitali. Course availability, admission decisions, credit-granting policies, and ASU's own pricing are determined solely by ASU® and may change at their discretion. Completing CampUs Vitali's own eligibility process does not guarantee admission or credit approval by ASU® directly.
