Note: Wilson Manifolds requires that the cylinder heads be shipped to us at the time of order so that the intake manifold can be precisely matched to the port configuration of the cylinder head, unless you are using CNC porter head that we have in stock. Please check with us for heads that we stock

Wilson Manifolds, Inc. ("Wilson Manifolds") will not accept any custom orders for return or exchange. This includes special order manifolds or parts, custom built manifolds or parts, or any item modified in any way to customer specification. Any stock items that have been used, modified, altered, or suffered deterioration will also not be accepted for return or exchange.

Wilson Manifolds will accept any stock item for return or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date shipped. A stock item is any manufactured item not customized or altered to customer specifica- tion. A credit with Wilson Manifolds will be issued for the returned item, or alternatively, you may exchange the item for another stock item of equal value. After thirty (30) days, but no later than ninety (90) days, we will only accept defective parts for repair or exchange; defect cannot be attributable to customer misuse. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, on a per item basis, at our discretion after inspection.

Please adhere to the Returns Procedure listed below to proceed with an exchange. Wilson Manifolds must have your item in its possession prior to your exchanged part being sent out. Once the item you have returned to us for exchange is in our possession, we will ship out the exchanged part at your expense. However, if you cannot wait until your return arrives into our possession, and you are in need of the new/exchanged part, we will charge you the cost of the new/exchanged part. Upon receipt and inspection of the part sent to us by you for exchange, we will issue you a refund, or alternatively, you can accept a credit on your account.

1. Please call our Customer Service desk at 954-771-6216 and ask for a Returned Materials Authorization number ("R.M.A.").

2. Package your item in the original packaging, or packaging that will ensure the items will not be damaged in transport.

3. Write the R.M.A. on the outside of your package [or packages] in a place where it can easily be seen. This number directs our receiving and customer service departments to the paperwork concerning your return or exchange.

4. Send your return to Wilson Manifolds, 4700 NE 11th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334. You may use any delivery service that is convenient for you, but you must pre-pay shipping. Wilson Manifolds will not accept C.O.D. shipments.

5. Upon receipt of your return, the item or items will be inspected for quality assurance. Once inspection is passed, your exchange will be sent out, or a credit will be issued. If there is a problem with inspection, you will be contacted by Wilson Manifolds.

Definitions

"Purchaser" is defined as the person or persons communicating with Wilson Manifolds, Inc., ("Wilson
Manifolds") to order any product, part, or item, whether stock or custom. Purchaser also includes, but
is not limited to, payor, credit card authorizer, or account holder.

"Product" is defined as any part, item, piece of equipment, service, or custom design, provided,
manufactured or sold by Wilson Manifolds, Inc.

The purchaser of any product from Wilson Manifolds, Inc. ("Wilson Manifolds") is responsible for
determining the suitability of any and all products purchased. Failure to provide all applicable and
relevant specifications to Wilson Manifolds is attributable to the purchaser and Wilson Manifolds
accepts no liability.

Purchaser understands and recognizes that products manufactured and/or sold by Wilson Manifolds
are unique in application and use, due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used.
Purchaser recognizes and agrees that suitability of any product sold and/or manufactured by Wilson
Manifolds, for a particular application or use, is within the purview of the purchaser. Purchaser
understands and agrees that by engaging Wilson Manifolds for product[s], Purchaser is not relying on
the skill or judgment of Wilson Manifolds regarding the suitability of the product[s] for the Purchaser's
intended application or use.
