Award description
This award celebrates an employee who makes a meaningful difference in their workplace through their dedication, attitude and the quality of their work. They may be the person others rely on, someone who willingly steps in to help or an employee who consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. Through their hard work, dependability and positive approach, they help their workplace succeed and make it a better place for employees, customers and the community.
Eligibility
• The nominee must be an individual employed by a business or organization located in or serving Crocus Country.
• The nominee must have worked for their current employer for at least one year by the nomination deadline.
• Employees at any level or stage of their career are eligible, including supervisors and managers.
• Business owners and self-employed individuals are not eligible for this award.
• The nominee may be nominated by an employer, co-worker, customer or community member.

• Teamwork and the way they contribute to the workplace
