SFAW 2027 Participant Application (Form 1 of 2)

Application Deadline: October 11, 2026. Apply by the deadline to be listed in our SFAW 2027 printed guide and marketing materials.
This application is for art museums, galleries, creative spaces, non-profit organizations, temporary exhibitions or events to be included in the SF Art Week program and guide.

If your application is accepted, you'll receive an email with a link to the Participant Registration Form to submit your Participation Fee and details on hours, special events, and neighborhood recommendations. You must fill out both forms in order to register for San Francisco Art Week. Please email info@sfartweek.com with any questions. Thank you!
Fees are $35 Application + $350 Participation. The Non-Profit Rate for 501(c)3 organizations is $25 Application + $175 Participation.

Fees support the administration and marketing of SF Art Week. If you require financial assistance in order to apply, please email info@sfartweek.com.

Further Triennial 2027 X SF Art Week Gallery Nights

We are thrilled to announce Further Triennial x SF Art Week Gallery Nights during the inaugural 2027 Further Triennial! Commercial galleries have the opportunity to host receptions or special events spotlighting their exhibition, and be included in the Further Triennial 2027 program schedule. We hope you will join us!
To participate, your exhibition must align with the Further Triennial's theme: “Around Here,” exploring Northern California’s modern and contemporary art by providing new and distinctive perspectives on a specific artist, theme, or creative movement from Northern California. Please provide a brief description of the exhibition(s) you will present during the Further Triennial season of March 10th through June 10th, 2027.
Indicate your interest in participating in one or more Further Triennial x SF Art Week Gallery Nights below. Note: You may host programs at any time on these dates, or just be open. Extended evening hours are encouraged.

Non-Refundable SFAW Participant Application Fee* If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with a link to the Participant Registration Form to submit your Participation Fee, hours, special events, and neighborhood recommendations.
