What kind of unit are you entering into the parade? (Please check at least one of the following choices.) Each float entry is allowed ONE vehicle, no four-wheelers (with a trailer if applicable). What is the total length of your entry? This is very important, we need EXACT length from front bumper to very end. No changes to length can be made after December 2, 2026. Large trucks / commercial large entries, two trucks or less per company please. Contact us for any questions or concerns.

Participants with livestock or horses are asked to initial here to indicate that cleanup arrangements have been made for the Carthage High School lineup area. Group Pick up at end of parade may be arranged at a location near Wellington St. Please call our office for help making this arrangement.

The information you submit will be used as submitted. Example: 'The Panola County Chamber of Commerce Volunteer Float featuring volunteers from the Chamber, driven by the 2026 Chairman, Wesley King. Please read the included rules and regulations and sign below to indicate your understanding of the condition of your participation. NO live Santa on floats - NO Throwing Candy! - NO open flame - NO Sirens during the parade - Lineup is between 5:00p.m. – 6:00p.m at Carthage High School- Be Ready to Move your Float by 6PM -Floats begin moving at 6:30PM - Must have float “completed” before entering lineup area - Only floats allowed in lineup area - All floats must use lights other than vehicle headlights - I have read through and agree to all of the Rules and Condition of Participation attached to this form

As the appointed representative of the above named entity, I hereby release the Panola County Chamber of Commerce from liability, either direct or implied, from any accidents or damages that might occur. We understand and agree that the Panola County Chamber of Commerce has the right to delete any entry from the parade for any inappropriate display or behavior by any participant and, upon signing, agree to abide by all rules and conditions of participation.
