Registration Confirmation

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed. Tournament availability is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email and payment receipt will be sent to the email address provided.

I understand that registration fees are nonrefundable after 14 Sept 2026. Golfer substitutions may be submitted by email until 26 Sept 2026.

If the golf course cancels or reschedules the tournament because of severe weather or unsafe playing conditions, Texas Syndicate Group will provide registered golfers with information regarding the rescheduled date, registration credit, or other available options.

I have read and agree to the cancellation, refund, substitution, and weather policies.

I understand that participating in a golf tournament and related activities may involve risks, including personal injury, property damage, accidents, weather-related conditions, and the actions of other participants.

By registering, I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Texas Syndicate Group LLC, the golf course, event sponsors, partners, employees, volunteers, vendors, and representatives from claims arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

I agree to follow all golf course rules, event instructions, safety requirements, dress-code requirements, and standards of conduct. I understand that I may be held responsible for damage caused by my actions.

I have read and agree to the participant acknowledgment and liability waiver.

I understand that photography and video recording may take place during the event. Images and recordings may be used by Texas Syndicate Group for event coverage, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and future golf events.

I give permission for my image or likeness to be used for these purposes.

I would like to receive information about future Texas Syndicate games, golf events, sponsorship opportunities, and community programs.
