Best Designer Awards (Advance Submission)

We are excited that you have chosen to participate in the Home Journal Awards. This form will assist you in navigating the submission process. After you complete your entry, you will proceed to the payment stage.

Important:

• All information provided will be used for award announcements, trophy distribution, and promotional purposes. Please make sure that all details are complete and accurate. You can modify your submission until 18 August 2026.
• All entries must be submitted in English or in a bilingual format (English and Chinese). Submissions in any other languages will not be considered.
• You can submit a maximum of 3 projects using this form. Should you wish to submit more than 3 projects, you can do so after you have finalized your initial three entries.

A 15% discount is available for both the submission fee and the Trophy & Media Coverage Fee for submissions finalized by 18 August 2026.

Submission Fee:

HK$5,780 per submission, which encompasses:

• Project submission
• Review by the judges panel
• Digital certificate

Trophy & Media Coverage Fee

HK$5,780 per submission, which encompasses:

• Two entries for the Awards Presentation in Hong Kong
• A custom trophy awarded to you on stage
• Media exposure through Home Journal’s various integrated platforms

• The advance submission must be completed by 18 August 2026. Late submissions and modifications will not be accepted.
• It is imperative that you carefully check your application details before submission. The information displayed on the trophy will mirror exactly what the participant has submitted.
• Except for the AI & Conceptual Design category, all photos and videos must be original. The submission of rendered images and AI-generated videos is strictly prohibited.
• Any submission that includes company identifiers, such as logos, company names, designer names, addresses, and websites, is strictly prohibited.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• All submissions must consist of original works created between January 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026. Any submissions found to be plagiarized will be disqualified without prior notification.
• All information and documents will be treated as confidential and will only be used for judging and promotional purposes.
• Once submitted, entries cannot be retracted.
• Home Journal reserves the right to deduct marks, disqualify any entry or revoke an award if any submission is found to violate these guidelines or related terms and conditions.
• The decisions made by the judges are final and binding.
• Home Journal reserves the right to publish all information and materials submitted by entrants for any editorial and promotional purposes related to the Awards.
