CFA Teaching Artist Application
This application creates your Teaching Artist profile with the Center for the Arts and is separate from a Class Proposal and from any other CFA artist application or profile.
All Teaching Artists—including existing CFA instructors and additional instructors—must complete this application before a new Class Proposal can be submitted or considered.
This application is specifically about you as a teacher:
your teaching experience, qualifications, artistic practice, and the creative experiences you'd like to share with our community. Some information may be used for public-facing marketing, while other information helps CFA staff get to know you and support your teaching relationship with CFA.
You only need to complete this application once.
After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation email with personalized links for updating your Teaching Artist profile and submitting Class Proposals. Please save that email for your records.
Questions or unsure how to answer something? We're happy to help!
Please contact Chris at cscott@cfanh.org before submitting if you have questions or run into any issues.
