Bindegewebsmassage is a type of massage therapy with light strokes to the superficial fascia. The superficial fascia is this tissue below the skin around the muscles, blood vessels, nerves and organs. Bindegewebsmassage –CTM employs no oil or lubricants, often called “Reflexive Therapy”, connective tissue massage can be done on a stool or on a massage table. The technique employs a light transvers stretch with the 3rd and 4th fingers the “coops”, which is non-invasive. Connective tissue is based on the idea that an imbalance in any part of the body contributes to the whole system. The central nervous system and endocrine system are of particular importance, and this technique of massage we need to avoid physiological disorders. In the context of the theories of connective tissue massage, important areas of the body such as organs and muscles are affected by specific areas on the skin (dermatomes). In return, the therapeutic effect is deep-seated in the organs, nerves, and blood vessels. This type of massage help balances the nervous systems of the body. It reduces numbness, increases range of motion and flexibility. It brings oxygen to body tissue and helps the flow of the blood while it relaxes the muscles. The treatment is often done in sessions used in conjunction with other therapies. Due to the response in the reflex, the tissue around the muscles and organs, CTM is a therapeutic remedy for many aliments. It can be used for back pain to bursitis.
