Witness Information - Please Read
Some estate planning documents may require witnesses. Please review your documents before your appointment. If witnesses are required, you must provide your own witnesses. Witnesses should generally be neutral adults who are not related to you, are not named in the documents, and do not have any financial or property interest in the documents. Please consult your attorney if you are unsure who may serve as a witness. All witnesses must be 18 years of age or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. The notary does not provide witnesses and cannot give legal advice.
